Cadmatic opens new office in Busan South Korea

The Cadmatic office in Centum Busan in South Korea is fully operational and Cadmatic staff have already hosted guests, for example, from Hyundai Heavy Industries at the new office.

Cadmatic activities in South Korea are focused on the Marine and shipbuilding business segment. In addition to Cadmatic’s longstanding Busan-based partner MTI Corporation, more local technical support resources have been added to serve the key and growing market.

Marine customers in South Korea have shown a keen interest in data-driven shipbuilding and Cadmatic’s leading role in developing a shipbuilding-specific PLM solution. Cadmatic’s PLM and digitalization solution will come with in-built shipbuilding intelligence with the facilitation of data use and management to effectively support the life cycle of complex engineering systems at shipyards.
